At its typical UK selling price, the Q2 Urban is the cheapest DeerRun walking pad with incline. That makes it tempting. But there’s a caveat worth addressing upfront.
The incline issue
Some UK buyers on DeerRun’s own review section have reported receiving Q2 Urban units without the advertised incline feature. One reviewer documented sending pictures proving the incline was missing, only to be initially told they were incorrect. After “several discussions,” a partial refund was agreed, but three weeks later the refund still hadn’t been processed.
